Acoustics23 is the joint Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America, WESPAC, the Australian Acoustical Society and the Pacific Rim Underwater Acoustics Conference. The conference will be held during December. 4 to 8, 2023, in Sydney's Convention Centre.

New Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth
Iliana Ivanova has just been nominated as the new Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. ISE has published a press release welcoming Iliana Ivanova and encouraging the new Commissioner to pursue the ambitions initiated by the previous Commissioner.

"Acta Acustica united with Acustica" articles in open access
Since 2020, the "Acta Acustica" is published in the "Open Access" format by EDP Sciences and the EAA. The older issues of "Acta Acustica united with Acustica" (1951-2019), published by Hirzel-Verlag and the EAA, were not available on the Internet during a lengthy conversion period.
All articles from 1951 to 2019 are now freely accessible in "open access" format. In the long term, these will be integrated into the new EAA archive "Documenta Acustica Electronica Library" (DAEL), which will be published in a few months. Until then, the articles can be downloaded from the following temporary website:
